Case Study: DeviceScape
The Problem
DeviceScape produces products for some of the largest mobile device manufacturers in the world including Cisco and Nextel. This multi-million dollar company needed a better way to integrate their website into their Customer Relationship Manager (CRM). DeviceScape used 3 other design firms before turning to Master Web Design. While other developers were saying it can’t be done, we said “No Problem!”
The Solution
Master Web Design was able to turn the project around in 6 weeks and provide DeviceScape with total CRM integration for their website’s backend, complete integration for their frontend, and secure file management and delivery for 3 GIG+ files. We have also implemented an Email-to-Support Case solution for them and continue to enhance the application today.
The Result
The new support application allows DeviceScape to rapidly respond to their clients. By providing faster support and more detailed help for customer problems they are able to handle more support issues with less manpower. DeviceScape is currently having us integrate time, money, and stress saving applications to further streamline their operations. Proving once again that we can deliver where others fail!
